Thank you for your interest in touring the Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix!

 

 To Book A Tour:

  1. Must have at least 7 people in your group
  2. Must book 1 month in advance
  3. Must pay the $20 security deposit (subtracted from total at time of tour)
  4. Must cancel within 48 hours or deposit not refunded 

 

Tour Rates

Adult $12 - Senior $10 - Field Trips/$7

The receipt for your $20 security deposit will be sent to you by email. Please show that receipt and pay for the remainder of your tour at the Admission Window of our Garden Gift Shop. The deposit will be subtracted from the total. 

At the Admission Window, you may make payment one of three ways: 

Cash

Card (Only accepts 1 credit card for the entire group, no individual card payments please)

Check made out to the Japanese Friendship Garden (Please remember to subtract the $20 security deposit from total!)  

Tour Cancellation

Tour groups may request to change or cancel their tour date up to 48 hours before the tour (docent availability not guaranteed) and have their deposit returned. Please note that there is a one-time reschedule policy — groups who do not show up to the tour without notification must forfeit their deposit and reservation. No deposit refunds are issued for guests who do not show up at the time of the tour, i.e., without 48-hour prior notification.

To reschedule your tour, please call our office at 602-274-8700, Tuesday - Friday from 10 am - 4 pm or email shayna.p@jfgphx.org
