Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese healing art, Tai Chi works on body and mind harmony. Tai Chi emphasizes body alignment, improves balance, calms mind, reduces stress.

Meridians are the main concern in Asian healing/therapy. If meridians are blocked, the energy flow is impeded. The results are manifested as pain. Tui Na is the most holistic way for healing, while Tai Chi promotes self-healing.

Instructor, Ping Wei studied Tui Na in China before he moved to US in 1992. He also studied western massage modalities. Tui Na differs from Swedish massage or other type massages, for its intrinsic energy and movements. In western words, he uses "stretching" and finger/palm/elbow pressing to promote energy flow, to gain better results.
